Multi-Purpose R/F Table System
Original Symmetrical Design of Hitachi with Oblique Arm, Table Tilt and Wide Scanning Stroke offers stress free experience during clinical procedures. In addition, the table top lowers to 48cm from floor for easy patient transfer to the table. The system is offered with Flat Panel Detector in selectable sizes of 17inch x 17inch (approximately 43cm×43cm), 40cm x 30cm, or 30cm x 30cm.
Radiography/fluoroscopy with oblique angle [35°/-35°] is applicable to all sort of examinations.
Oblique irradiation of the X-ray tube assembly is made in the head and foot directions in a range of 35° respectively. It is useful for positioning of overlapped organs and swallowing function study of the patient on the wheelchair in the digestive organ examination.
Smooth movement of soft start and soft stop gives a sense of security to the patient.
Since speed of titling move can be adjusted in 5-step, it can be adjusted in accordance with the purpose of examination and age of the patient. Even in the upright position 90° and Trendelenburg 90°, available radiographic range is the same in the upper and lower ends of the table, so in either case of upright and Trendelenburg positions, fluoroscopy and radiography can be performed at the low position above the floor level.
Stroke of the imaging unit
Long-stroke of the imaging unit needs no tabletop longitudinal move.
Stroke of the imaging unit is 150cm allowing fluoroscopy and radiography of 190cm with the field-of-view of FPD combined. Wide stroke of the imaging unit allows examinations without moving the patient. Since fluoroscopy and radiography can be performed at the positions 15cm from the upper and lower ends, some institutions use it for urologic examinations as well.
Elevation of the tabletop
“Patient-friendly design” realizing a low tabletop when the patient rides on/off
The table can be elevated in a range of 48~105cm above the floor level. It can be adjusted for riding on/off from the wheelchair and stretcher as well as for various examinations in accordance with the height of the operator.
Clearance around the tabletop
The patient can be easily accessed and cared around the tabletop.
Improved accessibility around the tabletop allows easy care from the back of the tabletop. This is effective in cases where the patient needs support such as examinations for infants.
Image Processing Technology [FAiCE-V]
“FAiCE-V”, HITACHI's original Imaging technology, automatically provides high quality images in real time.
FAiCE-V, automatic image processing technology, is commonly applied to all HITACHI's digital X-ray systems. Various kinds of image processing technologies are standard features tuned up particularly for “VISTA PANEL”.
VISTA DESK: Easy-to-use and wide open-style. All technologies are incorporated in “1 Unit Desk”.
Digital fluoroscopic filing
Digital fluoroscopic images are filed into a hard disk built in the console. Slight movements, specifically in videofluoroscopic examination of swallowing, can be captured exactly, and necessary images are checked repeatedly.
Multi-modality display (*optional)
With the Q/R function, any image can be retrieved from the referenced image server on the in-hospital network. This supports exact and quick examinations.
During fluoroscopy, images of any other patient can be displayed, edited and printed. It improves work efficiency during examination dramatically.
Compatibility Whit Network
VISTA series support DICOM3.0, the world standard of medical image communication.
It is compatible with an in-hospital network that is becoming more sophisticated and diversified.

An advanced 3rd generation FPD panel [VISTA Panel] demonstrates outstanding performance in clinical examinations.
FPD [VISTA Panel] mounted on all series of the R/F Systems has been version-upgraded to the 3rd generation. S/N has been improved by a double folded dynamic range compared with that in the past and also by line noise reduction.
Flat Panel Detector
The FPD system has no distortion and sensitivity fluctuation that were the demerits of the I.I.-DR system. Also, since the subject can be recognized as far as four corners due to a rectangular field-of-view under a fluoroscopy, recognition of region-of-interest and positioning can be easily carried out.

The VISTA Panel realizes further high-image quality by not only securing a wide dynamic range but also suppressing data readout noises practically.

With 2 kinds of maximum field-of-view [42cm x 42cm or 40cm x 30cm], CUREVISTA provides a practical system for endoscopic and digestive organ examinations.
With Hitachi's VISTA PANEL is capable of acquiring sharp and high resolution fluoroscopic and radiographic images while greatly reducing circuit noise. Specifically, "Detailed Fluoroscopy", which reads data every one pixel (1x1-pixel) as the radiographic mode does to depict high definition images. This improves visibility of a catheter or implantable devises.
